When this service is useful

For buyers coordinating a logistics stage, including those who have already selected a manufacturer. Feasibility depends on cargo, locations and the required participants.

Inputs to get started

  • Origin, destination and expected cargo readiness.
  • Product characteristics and package count.
  • Known weight, dimensions, volume and packaging.
  • Target timing, agreed delivery terms and special restrictions.

How the work proceeds

  1. Gather inputs

Identify confirmed cargo details, provisional values and missing information.

  2. Compare options

Compare scope, assumptions and exclusions as well as price.

  3. Define responsibilities

Agree who supplies documents, confirms readiness and makes decisions at handovers.

  4. Record changes

When cargo or conditions change, reassess the applicability of the offer and next actions.

Participant roles

RBW coordinates agreed work. Transport and other specialist services are performed by the relevant participants. Contractual roles and responsibilities are defined for each project.

Service boundaries

This page does not claim owned vehicles or warehouses, customs-broker status, live tariffs or service to every country. Regulatory and other specialist questions require the appropriate professional.

Before you start

Can you join after the manufacturer is selected?

Yes, a logistics-only scope can be discussed. Cargo details and the manufacturer's readiness are needed.

Can a quote be prepared without weight and dimensions?

Any preliminary estimate must clearly identify unknown inputs and assumptions; it is not a final offer.

Who performs the transport?

The agreed logistics participant. RBW's role described here is coordination.

What if cargo details change?

Options and offer scope may need revision and renewed agreement between participants.
